Privacy notice
This page explains what information Falabase processes to provide its website, customer-support assistant, and related services.
Information we use
Depending on how you use Falabase, this can include account email and authentication data; business and assistant settings you enter; customer messages and conversation identifiers; contact details a visitor chooses to submit for follow-up; and subscription or billing status.
Why we use it
We use this information to create and secure accounts, provide the assistant and dashboard, answer customer messages using the business information provided, handle optional follow-up requests, manage subscriptions, and maintain the service.
AI and service providers
When a visitor sends a message, the message and relevant assistant/business context are sent to OpenAI to generate a reply. Supabase provides authentication and database services. Stripe processes subscription payments. Google Fonts is loaded from Google to display the site’s typefaces. Confirm provider roles, processing regions, and transfer safeguards for your production configuration.
Cookies and local storage
The site uses a language preference cookie, authentication cookies required for signed-in services, and a cookie that remembers your optional-cookie choice. The dashboard may store an onboarding reminder in local storage. See the Cookie Notice for details.
Retention
Set and publish retention periods for account data, conversations, messages, and follow-up requests based on your production database and deletion practices.
Your choices and rights
Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to certain uses of your personal data, and to complain to your data-protection authority. Contact [CONTACT EMAIL] to make a request. You can also close your account or stop using the service; specify the account and data deletion process before publication.
Updates
We may update this notice when the service or its data practices change. Add the effective date and review this notice whenever providers, purposes, or retention practices change.
